Fixes around resource events

Added missing initialization and calendar events sending in ComputingResource.
Added missing ResourceEventType for power and airflow.
Removed cost and reliability as scheduling events (scheduler should check those parameters on its own).
Renamed ResourceTimestamp to TimeIntervalData.
