I added the appellation. 
Additionally, if "owner town" is available (WLS/WLM), this location is marked as within owner town. 

WLS tag should come before LOK. 

As for "szafa 12" being a place... well, unfortunately it is, in CIDOC sense. 

Alternative solution is to skip this element during mapping.
