Add test exercising parallel surface output The results of the test can be stitched together with meshconv and visualized. The stitching is not tested after this test, but it is already tested, albeit on a different data set, by the meshconv test 'stitchexo2exo', see test/regression/meshconv/exo_output/CMakeLists.txt.
