shiny-server

Simplify deployment

- Install /usr/local/bin/shiny-server softlink
- Don't copy SockJSAdapter.R, just use it in place
- Rename config file to /etc/shiny-server/config, to avoid the
  confusion of having two different files named shiny-server.conf
